Planted by the moon, organically grown, revered and well-loved, this garlic variety has been a reliable and tasty friend since 2019. Originally purchased from Little Bear Farm, it is a hard-neck variety with huge cloves, mild in flavor and stores very well. We ate last year's harvest all the way until this year's harvest.
